The Terror is an Executor-class Star Destroyer serving as the flagship of Grand Moff Nah`utal, Governor of the Emerald Region. Assigned to regional flag duty rather than front-line fleet action, she functions as much as a seat of administration as a warship — hosting sector governance, tactical coordination, and the Grand Moff's personal quarters under one hull. Her size affords a degree of self-sufficiency uncommon even among capital ships, with hangar, detention, and medical facilities scaled to support extended independent operation. She is, in practice, less a single vessel than a mobile extension of the Region itself.
